I played alot of WoW...didn't bother to exercise...and ate naughty foods...
its MOTHERS DAY...and I'm a mother, so I figure I can enjoy...
so bad that on my first day of food journaling I have to report such bad food choices...but I refuse to feel guilty because this is MY day!!!
so here goes...
Food Report for 13 May
breakfast:
whole wheat bagel w/ cream cheese and strawberry jam
apple juice
banana
snack:
oreos---4 of them
glass of milk
lunch:
turkey and ham wrap with spinach, pepper jack and mayo (lots of mayo)
sweet tea
dinner:
breaded pork chop
