Not much of what I should be eating. I'm going to restock the fridge in a few days with things I can eat. I'm eating some of what the whole household eats which isn't always as healthy as I'd like it to be.

When working out such as in walking, I tend to wear regular clothing such as jean shorts and a short-sleeved shirt with a sturdy sneaker preferably Nike.
