Lately I've been really off on my eating habits. I hurt myself running about 2 months ago (pulled a muscle in my hip area) and have been limiting my physical activity since then. I've noticed during that time that my eating habits also took a drastic turn for the worse. I've been trying to get it back together but it's tough once you get into a habit. It's always, "oh, I'll start next week" or, "just one more bite". I've reached a plateau lately and haven't been losing or gaining anything really (although I have gone up just a little bit due to horrid eating habits), so I need to kick myself back into gear and continue losing weight.
