One little bit at a time....that is how it goes (away)
218 and counting. This has not been the quickest I have ever lost weight but one pound at a time is all I can shoot for - it is progress.
The heat we have been having in Oklahoma the past few days has made being outside almost impossible. It is frustrating really as I feel excited for working out and the things I know I can do are all outside (running and cycling). So, when I cannot get out, I have to really watch my intake.
So, this week, I have a few simple goals...
Number 1: get down to 217
Number 2: Water and Coffee only (come one, I'm in the coffee business - I can't give that up!)
Number 3: No eating out
Pretty simple goals. If I can get out a few days in the mornings for a 2 mile run, that will be great. We will see how the weather holds up. My blisters I talked about last time are healing great so that should be a no issue at this point.
One more week down. I have about a month until my goal of 199 gets here. I'm not sure if it is possible at this point but I will keep going!

Heat
Maybe you can join a gym, where it's a little cooler - to use when the weather holds you up. Then, you can't make for yourself an excuse that it's hot outside? Our gym is super-hot, but I'm hoping this isn't the case everywhere!
Your words were motivating though! Just wanted to share that thought with you!!
