Walking Side Steps with Band [Replaces Hip Abductor/Adductor]

Stance: Standing with legs slightly bent and arms to side. Take the rubber tube bands used for stretching and other exercises, and step on top of the band (should be right beneath the middle of your shoe), slightly bend knees and step out to the side, keeping same knee position and stance. Replaces hip adductor/abductor.
Muscle Groups: Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Glutes
