Taking the lower body to muscle failure. I love feeling weak in the knees (Jell-o legs!) walking out of the gym, knowing I've just challenged myself and pushed my definition further! Includes: -Double walking lunges/squats -Sumo Squats -Walking Side Steps with Bands -Leg Extension -Leg Curl -Standing Calf Raise or Smith Machine Calf Raise -Leg Press
