This is a brief 15 minute workout in the morning to keep you energized and awake throughout the day. Not only does it get your blood flowing, but it tends to target your fat stores since you haven't had your first calorie source of the day, breakfast. Go at your own pace, but don't wait too long in between sets or you'll miss out on alot of the workout benefits.
