New here, so I'll jot down a little bit about my current fitness routines.
I do mostly resistance exercise, and elliptical, or running. I do Pilates about 2-3 X a week. And yoga or ballet 1-2 X a week. I taught ballet during college, and danced since the age of 5, but after becoming a mother of 3, there just isn't enough time.
I am using pole fitness as well, which I LOVE! Great for your upper body, and the climbing and inverts really work your core. Not to mention it helps build confidence and poise. I will be taking a pole dance instructor course this summer to gain my certification.
