So I went for a 2 mile brisk walk with ankle weights today followed by a nice lil ab workout. I was doing okay for eating until I went to my fav sushi place. It was all you can eat...and boy let me tell you I did. Sigh, so that was my day.

Everything in life should be done in moderation, at least thats what they say. I am sure between desert heat and the leg weights you came out ahead.
