Well, today I did a 2 mile jog, with the ab bridge, reverse situps, and regular situps. Notice the focus on the abs....well I need to get bathing suit ready. Also, I decided to change my diet up. Fruit for breakfast, reg type lunch and fruit/veggie for snack and a lite or no carb type dinner. Lets see if this will speed up progress.
