skipped.. and this website has seriously sucky bugs
I was almost done blogging - and this stupid website decided to magically empty out and go back to the previous page. Not the first time its done that either...
But anyway - I sipped a couple of days of workouts - though in my defense, it was because my legs were too sore to do much... wanted my muscles to recover before I strained them out again lol.. (and the website just did a freaky, leave the typing space again *sigh*)
So today I deviated from the jogging/cross trainer, and popped in a DVD workout from The Firm series and did about half of it.. it consisted of some weights, squats and other grueling variations of body movement, all tossed into the bubbling package of the aerobics workout... I made it through half of a 55 minute workout before my body called a cease fire. So... yay.. I did workout today - and probably more strenuously than if I had gone jogging lol...
