I did 30 minutes on the elipticle (spelled wrong I am sure). And went to work out on my arms. I did 4 sets of the fly, 4 sets arm liftingover my head things, and then finished off with the machine where you pull back and works out your back side. Overall I am still sore and can barely move, but hey, that is good right?
