Close call!
It's only day two of my new routine, and I almost forgot it already!!
But - I dragged myself to the gym anyway to do the elliptical cross trainer. I meant to go at it for 30 minutes, but had no energy. I went tot he gym straight after waking up (I'm starting to shift my schedule more to my husband's - and he's on night shift.)
I wound up at least making the good ol' AF standard of 1.5 miles - and did that in 14 minutes and 1 second! (This btw, is about as good as I got with the mile and a half run while I was active duty lol - so I'm pretty pleased here)
I got home, then tossed in the ab crunches... fell short of my goal there. Meant to do 50 - but stopped at 40.
Buuut.. I'm at least doing something now. I think the weigh ins and body fat % measurements I'll do once a week... from day to day my weight naturally waivers.. I want something a little more consistent, which a once a week measuring should provide.
