The Goal
Today i woke up and baked some eggs ( I hate them by the way ) at the same time i was looking how they were covered by oil and then I started to remmember some of my Physical-education's classes (thats how we name it in spanish and don't bother sayin that u don't know what the heck are they about ) some of the themas were about what to eat in order to become a healthier man at that time i didn't care much about beeing a healthier man. Every time i saw a Nutritional Table i just couldn't understand what it really meant i just knew that if it had 0 gramms of cholesterol fats, then, it was ok too eat without being worried about some diseases i thought it was because they never really show us how to read a Nutritional Table. The whole thing is that nowadays i realized that my belly doesn't look the same as it did 3 years ago (im 22 right now) and the eggs hepled me to open my eyes and see what I was really doing: eating for pleasure and not for what i really need. 2 weeks ago I bought a magazin that had some cool web-sites in it and between those was gimme20 so i said ok let's try this one and as i said i did and now I'm here sharing "Private" information with u ppl, now I'm starting to inquire and care more about calories and i know that they are not the only thig that i should take care but I think its a good beginning and you don't need to be a Math-genius to use them, any way let us begin!.
