Update after first week!
Ok well it's been approximately a week and I've got some updates for you all:
Firstly my program is circuit style; I workout every muscle group in the same day with the machines shown below. For the first week my trainer advised me to do 2 SETS of each, with each SET consisting of 12 reptitions.

Here's another interesting update, in just one week I gained 3 kgs!!! So instead of having to lost 10kgs, I've got to lose 13kgs now. :( poor me! but seriously, I hear that it's normal to gain weight due to muscle growth.
My second week will consist of the same workouts, however my trainer says I'm to increase each machine from 2 SETS to 3. Hopefully my weight stabilizes within this week, and starts to decline towards my goal of 90kgs. Will keep you posted soon... wish you all the best in your workout goals.
