And so it begins (100kg & 30% body fat)
Hello everyone,
I recently joined gimme20.com. Was looking around for the best online fitness management / tracking / monitoring type of gig there is, and well gimme20 seemed legit enough to sign up. So far it's been only a few days and I'm liking the features. A little about me, I've always been the "athletic" type; play all kinds of sports, and some seriously such as swimming and basketball. But now that my highschool / college days are over, and it's been a few years now in the corporate world, I feel I'm losing control of my body.
Actually, I have lost control of my body. I've gained a lot of weight, and converted plenty of muscle into useless fat. Here's where I'm at:
Weight: 100kg
Height: approx 180cm
Body Fat: 30%
My goal: Basically sculpt and reduce body fat to at least 20% (for now, although deep down I truly desire 15% I want to take this in phases).
That is unacceptable. In just 6 months I've gained approximately 10kgs, and so now I've renewed my gym membership and back in action; I've got this work-out plan (circuit style). [img]http://www.gimme20.com/files/Photo-0019_e1.jpg[/img]
Tonight I'll take some pictures of the machines I'm currently working on and share with you all the program my trainer's got me on; I would appreciate any comments from the experienced. I have the intention to post my progress weekly (thinking Friday's), so stay tuned folks.
