Nutritionist
I have been working out now since November, 5 months. I can honestly say that the last two months of that time I have been putting in some serious effort working out 2 - 3 times per week, weight training and cardio, trying to eat healthily... but as I'm not seeing any results. I have gained about 8 pounds which I knew would happen as a result of "Body Pump" (Amazing Weight Training Class at Goodlife Fitness) but am not seeing or feeling any difference in size to go along with it. One pair of my pants is actually tighter!
So, I've decided I might need some help and am looking into getting a nutritionist to help me better understand what I should be eating, help me decipher a meal plan that I can live with, help me deal with my hyperthyroid (Hypo due to the med's I'm on) and basically walk me through a lifestyle change.
If you know a good one in the Toronto area let me know :)
