Hello all,

Just joined up, looking forward to some good discussion on weight loss. We had a contest at work to lose weight and sadly I did not win. I did however lose some weight, 18lbs. I am currently at 298 and my goal is 250. Lots of weight to lose. My workout currently consist of weight training 2 days a week and cardio 4 days a week. I work Sat - Mon normally 14 hour days and when I get home I am pretty much beat. So I do not work out on those days. Any tips or suggestions anyone has please send my way. Thanks.
