First entry
Hi! I've think joining a site like this will help me reach my goals that i want to achieve. I am 16 years old, and i recently stopped taking dance classes, because i didn't like the studio. I've noticed that I've been gaining weight. I hate it. I can't wear the clothes that I used to be able to wear. Also, I think my friends eating habits influence mine. So hopefully, this site will help to me realize what I want and it'll help me stay on track. I want to lose 10 pounds. I'm 124 right now, which isn't bad. But I'd love to be down at 115. I'm 5'2 1/2. Many say that 115 isn't a healthy weight, but that's what I want. I have a membership at the YMCA, and i'm starting to try to go more. I went last monday and today. It's just hard with school and I don't have my license yet. I get it in june!
I have muscle, but I need to do cardio to get rid of the fat that is covering it. And I also need to eat healthier. My parents are both very big in exercising, so it shouldn't be too hard to stay on track. Its just when I'm around my friends.
