New Goals for a healthy me

Looking to start my exercises tomorrow morning. Will be doing weekly weigh-ins on Saturdays effective immediately. Graduation is in June and Swim suit season begins in June as well. In June we are going on a trip to Arkansas my goal weight for June 6 is to lose 50 lbs putting me at a weight of 185. Just a tad over 3 lbs a week. I intend to be down to a size 12/14 from my current size of 18/20. I plan to drink 6-8 8oz glasses of water per day, exercise 1 hour per day and journal each day. I also plan to start calculating my sugar and cream usage in each cup of coffee. I will start counting my cigarettes per day immediatley when I awake in the morning and start cutting them back 2 per day.

Good goals, quiting smoking is hard, I was able to quit using the nicotine gum, not sure if you ever thought about trying that but I recommend it. But definitely write everything down you might be surprised at how much you smoke when you really look at it written down. I don't know if you can do 50 by summer, you may loose 50 lbs of fat but not actually 50 lbs. Muscle weighs more so you might not see the scale actually register a loss of 50. You definitely need to make some lifestyle changes to succeed and they will benefit you in the long run.
