Hi guys. Just want to let you all know about an exciting event that I plan on attending this weekend in NYC. David Kirsch, who is a celebrity fitness trainer to stars like Heidi Klum and Liv Tyler, is going to be at Macy's Roosevelt Field this Saturday (Feb. 2nd) from 1-5P to share fitness and wellness tips that are quick and easy to fit into hectic schedules!! My New Year's resolution is to stay healthy and get into shape and I know that this event will get me off to a great start. I even heard that with a purchase at the event you receive David's "gym in a bag," which includes his book, DVD, and a 4 lb. medicine ball.
