Iron Manual - Phase 1

This is slight personal modification of phase 1 of the Men's Health Iron Manual. Complete one set of each exercise in the triad with no rest. Then go back and complete another set in the triad, then the final set. Then, move on to the next triad. For example, with the first triad you'll do a set for the bench press, then the deadlift, then the pulldown. Then do another set for each, then finally a last set for each. Then you'll rest for 90 seconds, and continue with the second triad. Please check out this awesome workout on their website: here
