I think it's a good idea, and Cyndi Lee has a great book w/different yoga positions, and allows you to mix and match to create your own sequence. Some of the positions can easily be incorporated in any workout, i.e. side plank during an ab routine. One thing to keep in mind is to include a modified version of most of the positions if possible, for those of us who are not as experienced or flexible.
Another section I'd like to see added to the "build workout" section would include different stretches for the end of our workouts. There should be different stretches for each muscle group, that we can mix and match according to our needs, like we do for the workouts that we build. Also, I think cautionary commentary should be added for safety, so we can prevent injury during stretching.

I think it would be a great idea and then besides individual yoga positions, incorporate routines so you can have a series of one position to the next, the hold count, etc.
i think there should be an entirely different yoga section/category, so that it doesn't get mixed in w/other exercises. however, one can always have the option of incorporating some poses (w/the "add to workout" button) to whatever routine they're using.

yoga is definitely an excellent addition to any workout, and having it on gimme20.com would let me integrate it into my exercise schedule more easily.
