Get ready, get set...
Ok, time to start. No more excuses and delays.
I have a lot of weight to lose and this seems like a good place to start. So here I am.
I love starting new things on Mondays. (All my tasks get inevitably rescheduled for "next" Monday.) Unfortunatelly, deciding on what it is I want to do, when to do it and how to track it took me almost the whole day. Hence, I will have to officially start on Tuesday this time. Which might not be such a bad thing -considering I want to make a real change this time; why start the way I always start. Additionally, November 20th sounds much better and will be more easily remembered than November 19th, right? (Can you tell I feel bad for not taking the time to do my first workout today, on Monday?)
Oh well, not all is lost; today was a "setup" day. Took my body measurements, created a workout plan and joined this site. Setting up my profile and building my workouts took way longer than anticipated; hopefully the effort will be worth it in the future.
I have not been exercesing regularly for quite some time now and have been packing on the pounds in all the wrong places -everywhere! I am now at my heaviest ever. Enough is enough. Time for a change.
I finished laying the ground work today and will start building a new body tomorrow. Get ready, get set....
