Workout 10/18 AN UPHILL BATTLE to get it back baby, bring it!

So my gyms under construction and finding focus in the place is becoming dim and difficult to say the least! Today though, two good friends of mine (to keep it simple and annonymous we'll call them John and Bob) were able to inspire me and give me the strength I needed to get in there and have a solid workout! See, "Bob" is a die hard sports buff and fitness enthusiast, and anytime I find myself with him I just wanna go try and better myself by working out! Same with "John", he's a younger guy with enough fitness knowledge in his mind to write a book! So just by being in their good company, I went and conquered my fitness goals today! The workout is as follows:

IPOD: Big and Rich!

MUSCLE(S): Chest and Delts.

Chest-

incline barbell press 135x15, 185x12, 185x10, 185x10

hammer strength bench press 200x15, 290x8, 290x6, 200x10

pec deck 130x15, 130x15

upward dumbell flys 20x12, 20x12.

Delts-

lateral raises 25x12, 25x12 END (my right shoulder, as usual, was on fire and in agony by this point, thus a workout complete).

Abdominals-

Situps 15, 15, 10, 10

Im finding that my 285lb frame struggles with using my own bodyweight for things like pushups, situps, pullups and running. I have strength with weights and what not, but using my own weight as resistance is difficult. My goal is to work that out and get to where I'm supposed to be!!
