Exercise search block

It would be convenient to have an Exercise search block so we dont always have to click on the Build Workout link to search for an exercise and add it to a workout. Also, a link to search for exercises in the Build Workout page might make the build workout process easier to follow.

Click 'Search Exercises'
Hey mang!
Click the 'Search Exercises' link on the 'Build Workout' page and you will see what you are asking for fold out!
Do you think this should be put in a block instead? Is it easy to find we need to move that functionality.
Cheers!
Jordan
I think it would be easier
I think it would be easier for users if "Search Exercises" were to be put in block. Of course, this probably is low priority because as you said users can just click on the "Search Exercises" link on the "Build Workout" page.

Anyone else experiencing trouble finding the search?
Well -
Is anyone else experiencing trouble finding the search functionality on the build a workout page?
Let us know and we'll move it to a block!

Exercsie Search
Hey,
I think it should also be moved into a block. Also I had a small problem where I chose Triceps, then searched for Dips. It found the Dips.
Then I selected All Muscle Groups and searched for squats. It still searched within Triceps and hence gave no results.
You should also give some thought as to how exercise selection will be managed - if anyone can type in an exercise it can get pretty crowded and hard to choose if people accidentally make multiple entries or list the same exercise in a place where it affects different muscle groups.
Exercises should also be separated (or have a note next to them) on whether they are compound or isolation - although most exercises don't really isolate, it is commonly accepted that things like squats, deadlifts, etc. are compound exercises and are very taxing to the whole body.
Thanks,
Pavel.
OK. Making a task list
1) Move search into a side block to make it more noticeable
2) Make tools to make merging of exercises possible. For instance, if an admin sees duplicate Bicep Curl entries, we will remove them, and set anyone using them to the best definition of a bicep curl.
Kind Regards.
