This is my upper body workout i do it every other day twice in a row then on the third time around i give an extra days rest which gives me 3 days of rest in the week =D

I don't know how big you are going to get just doing one exercise. Why don't you make this workout private as it is cluttering up the 'Find a workout' section of this website.
