Inspired Weightloss
I stumbled across this site while looking for widgets for my main blog. I'll keep this as my diet/fitness/weightloss blog. I decided to lose some weight after a trip to the doctor. There I discovered that my BMI was 32. For my height and such that's in the "overweight" category. Thankfully I don't have any health issues, so I decided to lose the weight and get a bit healthier about everything. My biggest challenge is that I don't eat enough. I used to eat only once or twice a day, so my body holds onto everything as if its starving. Currently, I'm eating a few small meals every few hours. My energy sure has gone up and I actually lost a few pounds! So, I hope to continue this trend. My ideal goal is to lose 10 pounds by my next doctor's visit in Oct. More importantly I hope to keep the weight off.
