Day 1
All right so today isn't really day one because I've been doing research for a month now (and getting doctors ok) but today is the first day I've put my efforts in motion. I feel great, a little tierd, but still I feel good. Today is Mon. and I work my chest/tricepts today, I think Wen. is bicepts/back but I'm not forsure. I'm trying my hardest to gain musscle, I could care less about lossing fat because I'm where I want to be 120 and loven it. Don't get me wrong, I would like to lose some fat but my main goal is to be able to lift a 25 lb weight with one arm!(not happening anytime soon) I'll just have to wait and work but it is worth it.
I think that is all for now, I'll try to post again soon although tomorow is rest day so I don't know if I'll get on or not. I'd love to hear from anyone with opinions/advise or exsperiance; time saved is money earned and all that.
