Anyone add this energy drink into their daily diet? 5 calories, no sugar, 75mg of caffeine... It's definitely a great metabolic booster. I highly suggest it myself, just as long as you can handle that kick of energy.

EDITED: Originally had 75g of caffeine... that's a HORRIBLE over-statement, lol!

Nope never seen it, however

Nope never seen it, however really thats not to much. Coffee has more Caffeine in it and no calories unless you put cream and sugar in it. Some teas have more caffeine as well. Both are going to be better for you especially the tea.

A lot of people have a good cup of coffee before a workout.

I didn't realize that coffee

I didn't realize that coffee and tea had that kind of caffeine content... But unfortunately I've never been one of those types of people that could take straight coffee or tea, unless it was with some dessert, lol!

Chocolet milk is supposed to

Chocolet milk is supposed to work well as an energy booster without the crash that comes with drinking energy drinks; it works well for me at least and tastes better than some other options.

I wonder if chocolate soy

I wonder if chocolate soy milk would work as a lo-fat substitute? Or if they make skim chocolate milk... I've never really looked around for it before.
