I have started a walking and jogging about 4 to 5 times a week with my neighbor. I used to walk all the time and I found that it was a great way to get in my daily exercise and assisted with my weight loss.

this is so true! I used to do this every morning and it really helped me mellow out before my tres stressful job. You just inspired me to start again!
