I had my alarm set for 5 a.m., I was going to get my but out of bed and do my cardio, but what do I do, hit the snooze until 6:45, time for work. Darnit. Oh well, guess I can do some tonight and then start fresh tomorrow. Oh yeah, I had some soft serve for lunch too, but did well the rest of the day so that's alright. Tomorrow's a new day.

Keep motivated
My fitness goal is to actually complete the workouts I set for myself and not find reasons why I can't get them done.
I need to get off the
I need to get off the computer and get a video done so I can go on with the day. My major downfall is after dinner I think I have to snack on anything I see!! My goal for tonight is after dinner I don't have anything but water. Once school starts I am going to have to try and get my workouts in early also. Maybe we can call each other and make sure we are up.
