Cool, but I've read
Cool, but I've read different as far as timing on after-workout protein. I've hear 45 minutes is optimal, earlier is better than later.
Gotta be careful with protein
If you live in America and other wealthy countries you are probably getting more protein than you need if you are just doing light/cardio workouts. Assess your diet then decide if your workout regiment requires more protein.
