Hi! my name is Michelle, I'm new to gimme20.com. Well, doesn't that sound kinda boring. I'm never really good at writting about myself, but I thought you should all have the chance to get to know a little about ME. I have had 2 boys and decided that I want my body back, I want to feel good about myself again. So I have been in search of a great website that would keep me motivated. Hope that this can be the one. More or less you have to be willing to change and I think it's about time to keep up with my goals... So how is it going for everyone else? Please share your ideas and anything else you would like to about your goals, Does anyone have plans for the summer that will help, ok now I'm just rambling....LOL!

First thing I'd do is join the http://www.gimme20.com/group/turning_over_a_new_leaf_group if you haven't already. Most people in there are like you and want to reclaim their bodies :)

Best rule I can give is: Always workout, run, or whatever you do -- on a Monday. It really sets the tone for the week because it is the hardest day to get things done.
