timing and goals?
Nice set you've put together here but you didn't fill out your set and rep chart completely ... just wondering what goals you've got for the plank and the leg lifts.
Also do you have an idea of how long this routine should take? I'm trying to follow your plan here but I've added a few stretches and squats at the beginning -- also I'm doing it twice daily : morning and noon. Right now it's taking me 15 minutes to get through the whole thing ... but that's with terrible form.
