Loose fat, gain muscle with no gym membership

I'm attempting to shave off some of the pounds I've gained in the last 12 or so years. My plan is to:
  • Run to loose weight
  • Cut out sugary deserts
  • Cut out all drinks except water, milk, and Fuze Slendarize drinks
  • Smaller meal portions
  • Muscle buiding exercises for upper and lower body
That's the plan and it should work if you can stick to it.

1) take the stairs instead of the elavator (do this for 3 months and you will be blown away)

I started running in September, cut out all things white (sugar, bread, rice, potatoes) and lost 30 pounds over night. I eat tonnes of fish, chicken, beef, fruit, vegetables just nothing white. (kind of like a vegetarian who won't eat anything with a face :o)
