1) take the stairs instead of the elavator (do this for 3 months and you will be blown away)

I started running in September, cut out all things white (sugar, bread, rice, potatoes) and lost 30 pounds over night. I eat tonnes of fish, chicken, beef, fruit, vegetables just nothing white. (kind of like a vegetarian who won't eat anything with a face :o)
