This is my 3d day in a row, waking up early and getting my workout done. I feel great. This morning was pretty tough, not only waking up, but about 1/2 way through my run, I was feeling pretty sick (nauseous). And felt sick like that after the run for a little while. What really worried me was that I'll think about that next week when it's time to workout and that will be an excuse not to get up and work out. I really want my workouts to be fun. In the end, I decided that it's only the 3d day and I will have some days that I don't feel so good, but my body will adapt and get used to waking up and excercising early.

My eating was good all day yesterday until I got home from school. I arrived home about 9pm and dove into some bad stuff, some fried cuban food that was good but not good for me. And I was already topped out on my caloires for the day, so it was not good. But I'm working on improvement not perfection, so today can be better.
