Water is certainly healthy, but it can be so bland. How healthy (or unhealthy) is adding those small packages of Crystal Light, Nestea, etc. to a bottle of water?
Thank you!

lemon/lime
Lemons/limes squeezed into some water is great. You can also get it in concentrated packets that are powdered.
Apple cider vinegar is also real nice with a bit of honey (don't use too much).
Green tea (make it in the sun cold or hot and strong and water it down for iced tea)
The great thing about the two above examples is that they do positive things for cleaning your body out and making you healthier.
I am not a fan of crystal light, I didn't know much about it but there is another discussion on this topic here: http://www.gimme20.com/node/4791 which I found interesting so I took a look at the ingredients list.... too many syllables ;), check out the thread too there are some good insights.
:)
Freshly squeezed oranges watered down also work (they are so sweet naturally). I also like to blend up fruit.
Getting more fruits and veggies in your diet alone can reduce the amount of water you need to drink not to mention you get a nice assortment of nutrients with it.
Try making your own ice tea. Get a pitcher, add cold water and tea bags. Let it sit for a day. Add honey and/or lemon juice. It's better than the processed crap. Sometimes it also just takes a little getting used to something new. We are creatures of habit.
I prefer flavored waters as
I prefer flavored waters as well. My advice is look for a real whole food store near you they should have some good stuff in there for adding flavors to your own water. Like me I have a 64 ounce jug, I put filtered water in and ice then a spoon full of like fresh rasberry juice in there. It is just simple berry juice but there are a ton of flavors out there. I get orange, grape, and others. They have a mango and while I like mangos the mango juice in the water is just too sweet for me anymore. I would recomend this over some of the flavored and artificially sweetened waters.
