Cable Bicep Curl

Using a straight bar on a single lower cable, grip the bar palms facing up. Stand with you feet shoulder width apart and lean slightly backward allowing the weights to support you. Then pull the bar up to your chin through you biceps keeping your elbows locked to your side. Try not to use any other part of your body other than your biceps so that only your lower arms are moving.
