Lay flat on the bench then as you lay down force the dumbbells into the air above your chest. Allow the dumbbells to touch above you with your arms in locked out. Split the dumbbells and bring them down so that they are as low as you can go (probably horizontally in line with your chest) whilst breathing in. Then, force the dumbbells back up into the air above you breathing out as you go to complete 1 rep.
Muscle Groups: Back, Biceps, Triceps, Chest
