Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Raise your left leg off the ground so its knee is straight. Bend your right knee to lower yourself until your thigh is parallel to the ground. Keep your right knee over your toes. Pause, then straighten your knee to press yourself back up. Repeat with the other leg.
