Doing a Candida Cleanse right now
Started a Candida Cleanse on Monday. Trying to clean out all that extra crap that I have put inside me over the last year. Been told that it takes a lot out of you, but I have done alright so far. I hear that some people have lost 20-30 lbs on this thing, so maybe this will help me as much. Some can't exercise on this thing, but I have been able to a bit. Not as much as I am used to, but who knows, this exercising might help. I did this last year and lost 20 lbs. Course the only thing I didnt do right last time was I went back to my old eating habits, and my exercising tailed off. Not going to do it this time. I think I learned my lesson. This cleanse is a month long. Thought that if I am trying to help myself look better on the outside, why not do the same for the inside.

That's a tough one
My wife did one before we got preg. with our son, so it's ~4 years ago now. It did wonders for her disposition and energy level. Are you doing a specific program? I'd like to do one one day but I'm afraid that since my metabolism is SO high I would likely pass out within the first week. :)
Candida Cleanse
All I am doing is taking some natural suppliments from the health food store to help with my metabolism and a colon cleanse. The first 10 days are the hardest. Cut out everything white, everything with yeast, and all sugar (including fruit). Also, all veggies must be cooked, but no mushrooms at all (it is a fungus). So my menu is very limited right now. After the first 10 days, I can add fruit back in, but still no yeast. If you are interested later, let me know, and maybe I can help.
native sweats
I love going to native sweats for the effect of different type of cleanse. Afterwards, my muscles feel really relaxed, my skin improves and my body just cleans itself out afterwards. The day after, I have lots of energy and just want to go hiking, running or something. The funny thing is that after the sweat, I don't feel icky like after a run. I wrote a blog about my experiences. You don't have to be native to participate. If you get the chance and don't mind the heat, I highly recommend it.
