Starting My New Health Plan

So I have finally decided to wage war against the my shitty healthy.
I have only lost 60 pounds in the last 5 months and i still feel like shit.

So my new goal is to lose 100 pounds by Oct 5th 2007.
My ultimate goal is to control my high blood pressure, blood sugar and slim down to the way I was before my health became a monster.

I will try to keep an update of what I am doing, how I am feeling and any picture updates as I go through the changes. It is a hard process trying to commit to your own health when you feel like you have nothing left and shouldn't care.

My Schedual is this:

* 30 mins Abs 7am
* Breakfeast 8 am
* Small Snack/Water 11am
* 10-20 min Workout 12:30pm
* Lunch/Water 2pm
* Dinner /Water 5pm
* 30-40min Workout 6:30pm
* Small Snack /Water 8:30pm
* (9 pm no more food)
* Sleep around 12am ( yea I know its hard :)~

Any way keep looking for updates as i go along this journey

That looks like an ambitious plan. Don't sweat it if your commitments or motivation make you cheat every once in a while. Just try your best and let us know how your doing.

Thanks for the support, I am actully doing well. I have already lost around 5lbs in the first week of working out.. "phew" The first week really kick my "arse"....

I just got back from a 6 mile walk (hills n all); yesterday was a 3 mile bike ride. I find that if I keep active and not sit around on my butt, I lose the weight quickly...

.. I really feel good, however I know it is a process :)~
