IT'S TIME AGAIN
Here we go... it is time to start getting back into shape... at 5'11" 220(ish) I have got some work to do.. It is not like I am some sort of slob or anything but I always pack on a few extra pounds over the winter and early spring.... Eventhough I run regularly 4+ miles 4 times a week I am finding it harder and harder to drop the pounds when it is time... I will be 36 this year and I am not ready to start falling apart yet. :) so this will be my lil motivational place to get a little pumped up on hopefully a daily basis... I think starting tomorrow I will be doing 2 a days.... which will be lifting in the early morning and running later in the day on M,W,F,S and then on T,TH I will be swimming in the AM and then attending Wing Chun classes in the PM anyway... wish me luck... It's time once again

I'll be turning 37 this June and I know what you mean. To me it almost felt like I woke up one morning and things just didn't work the same. "e-gads I'm getting old" talk about motivation.
