Feeling great and loving it
Right now I am feeling amazing. I have lost 10 lbs this month, and am feeling the best I have felt in at least a year. I am now running 3 times per week, and am running between 4km and 5.4km per run. I am really starting to feel better about myself and starting to believe that this weight loss can really be done. Still looking to lose 40-60 lbs, and really believe that it can be done. For the first time in a long time, I am looking at a long term goal, and believe that it can be done. Looking forward to my next result. I know that I can't always lose the same each week, but I wont let it affect me at all. Until next time...Later.
