about to restart

well, im about to restart my fitness program... it's going to be a little hard due to the fact its winter here and it gets dark by 6pm but im going to work on doing it!! for 4 weeks a month ago i did really well but then i got slack.. now im determined to really stick to this and get it going.. i have already started to take cm's off my waist and kg of my weight which is good but that extra exercise would be really good!!!!

anyway give me luck...

I'm in the same boat, just starting backup. Give yourself credit if you even put your shoes on, or do even one set. I was finding that I was being to much of a perfectionist, and it was stopping me from even starting.

Thats my problem too. you hear soooo many times '30 minutes 3X a week', I felt like if I couldnt do 30 minutes what was the point? (and I have ashma so 30min is preaty much impossible) well, now after a week of 5-10 min avrage (sometimes more, if I feel like it) I have actually lost sevral inches on my waist already! WOW!
