What did you eat today???

I thought I'd go ahead and start a topic on food too. I had whey protein (mixed with water) first thing this morning with a south beach cereal bar.

My next meal was scrambled egg beaters with 1/2 a whole wheat bagel and a glass of isofruit delite (pineapple protein juice drink).

My third meal was a pack of albacore tuna (I just eat it out of the package) and a few bites of canteloupe and green apple. I usually eat a green salad after the tuna but I was too lazy to make it today, and just not that hungry. lol

That's it so far! I'm planning on my next meal being a little pasta with spaghetti sauce and a salad. My last one will be 1/2 a myoplex shake mixed with water. I'm finally getting used to doing that in the evening. I don't like to eat regular meals that late anymore since I pretty much just sit around and don't burn any calories at that point.

Get to posting! I'm getting the hang of this site. It's pretty cool!

I had my normal first and second breakfasts today (lol).. I just had my third meal, a green salad with a little fruit and a scoop of whey protein in water. I need to set out some chicken for my next meal. I really like my George Foreman grill! I don't have to put any seasoning on the chicken at all and it still tastes great!

Too much carbage

Hmm.. I just realized the word (OK it's not really a word) carbage rhymes with garbage. LOL

I usually only allow myself bread once per day if at all, but I had bread twice today. So shoot me! HA I had 1/2 a whole wheat bagel with my egg beaters this morning instead of the usual hashbrowns. I usually do that only about once a week or so. Then nothing sounded good for my 1:30 meal and I just made 1/2 a turkey sandwich. Even when I put lots of turkey and lettuce and tomato AND use only once slice of whole wheat bread (I cut it in half since the bread is kindof big), it still seems to make me feel sluggish. I used to eat turkey sandwiches a lot but I haven't been lately. I felt all tired and wanted to take a nap this afternoon. I have too much work to do for that! OK, I'm super strict the rest of today! Only meat and vegies all the way.

I'm starting to feel lonely in here! Come on girls, get to posting.. pretty please? :)

Oopsie

I forgot to thaw my chicken this afternoon. I was crampy and lying around and didn't think about it. So I just had a bowl of Total cereal with 1/2 a banana and a protein drink. I think that was just what I needed for now. Maybe I'll make the chicken for my last meal. I really need to use up that leftover rice in the fridge. lol
