It's been a while since I had my kids so I can't help ya much. I remember with my second one, as soon as I felt I was able, I was doing ab exercises. Just start out slowly and do what you can. It's never the same after you have kids though. I still have some excess skin and stretch marks, but as long as I eat right, work out a lot, and tan, my tummy looks alright (the tanning helps disquise the stretchmarks. lol).

Good luck!

I've been doing a lot of crunches lately to help take away my second-baby belly. It's only been a couple days since I've started though, so I'm not sure how much it'll work...

What REALLY got my belly back after my first baby, was getting a job in waitressing. Just as long as you stay away from the food you're serving (LOL), you can lose a lot of extra baggage just by the running around you'll be doing as a server. Like I said though, gotta watch what they're serving... Work in a grease trap, you'll be tempted to gorge, and end up just working off what you ate there, or worse yet, NOT working it all off. Try to find a healthy sandwich shop or something instead of a greasy spoon!

Hi there!
When it comes to the midsection, I think cardio (and diet) are the most important. The core training and crunches make you look great once you've reduced your fat %, but I don't think that they make that much difference to your appearance if there's still a lot of fat. I've been focusing on fat loss (in fact I haven't been doing ab work at all) and I'm almost back to my original waist... mind you my body type is also the kind that the fat tends to be more on my legs and bum and less in the middle, which probably makes a difference too.
