The Day Before Day 1

Hey Ya'll, :- P

Today is the day before I commit to exercise and Diabetic Dieting. I just took a nutrition class for my Diabetes, so I have an idea of what to do. I know I can do this. And everytime I start to stumble, I just have to go back to the basics! Rome wasn't built in a day and my weight wasn't gained that fast either! I finally am understanding that patience is more than a virtue, it is a necessity! It took time to gain so much weight, it will take at least that long to lose it PERMANANTLY. And that is what I want, permanant weight-loss! So tomorrow I am committing to 20 minutes a day of exercise, 3 days a week, to start. And 1200-1500 calories a day with 120-174 carbs a day! I will try to keep my numbers closer to the minimum but I can live with higher numbers if I get hungry! Well good luck to everyone!! We can do it! :-)
