Chest expander exercises
Hi folks,
I'm just starting out to lose lard and tone up, get fitter etc. I've started running (very gently at first). I'm not in a position to join a gym at the moment and don't have space for a stack of weights at home, so I bought a chest expander (one of the stretchy cord type) after seeing them going very cheap at my local supermarket.
My question is - what exercises can I do with it as a substitute for weights? Obviously the basic chest position (chest is an area I'd like to concentrate on, both for losing fat and adding muscle) and bicep curls, but are there any other cunning ways it can be used?
I'd be grateful for any tips...

There are a lot of exercises that can be accomplished even without equipment just using your own body weight. Check the tags.
Thanks, I've been looking at
Thanks, I've been looking at the no-equipment ones and there's a lot there. I've just discovered that there's half a gym at work - I say half a gym because very little in it actually works! It's got free weights though, which are better than nothing.
